SHIPPING INFORMATION
 
Shipping Policy:
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Chillerdoctor.com does not process orders during holidays or weekends.
  • Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • All orders require approximately 24-48 hours processing time before shipping after payment has been received.
  • Shipping times may vary due to availability. Availability of factory stock is not guaranteed until the checkout process has been completed. 
 
 
If you choose to have your order shipped to a Freight Forwarder address,if freight charges are charged on your invoice, it will be for the delivery to the Freight Forwarder.

The customer is responsible for paying any and all fees including but not limited to freight charges, duties, and customs fees required for delivery of the order to its final destination. NO EXCEPTIONS. The customer is also responsible for receiving and tracking the order and providing the Freight Forwarded with the require documentation.
 
 
SHIPPING METHODS
 
  • UPS/FedEx 3Day Express Saver - 3 to 4 business days + approximately 24-48 hours to process the order.
  • UPS/FedEx 2Day - Delivery within 2 business days + approximately 24-48 hours to process the order.
  • UPS/FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivery within 1 business day + 24-48 hours to process the order.
  • UPS/FedEx Ground - 7 to 10 business days + approximately 24-48 hours to process the order.
  • UPS Red Next Day Residential - Delivery within 1 business day + approximately 24-48 hours to process the order.
  • No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Chillerdoctor.com does not guarantee same day shipping.
  • Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Florida.State law requires
  • that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. Because charges for shipping and
  • handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.
  • If you have a Sales Tax Exempt Certificate, please forward that to our customer service at EMAIL LINK
  • We will insure that the tax exempt status is enabled on your account If you receive the payment invoice with showing tax, please contact our sales department prior toprocessing the payment.
